Herbamare Herb Seasoning Salt is created using a traditional method in the factory located in Colmar, France, a region renowned for its rich agricultural land. The vegetables and herbs destined for Herbamare are organically grown and transported to the factory within hours of being harvested. Upon arrival, they are hand-cleaned before each ingredient is carefully chopped and mixed with the sea salt.

The mixture is then allowed to steep and mature for up to one year, during which time the flavors and aromas of the herbs and vegetables become fully integrated into the salt crystals. After this steeping process, the remaining moisture is gently removed through a special vacuum process at a low temperature. Finally, all the ingredients are blended together to create the final Herbamare product.

The ingredients in Herbamare Original include: sea salt, celery leaves, leek, cress (water and garden), onion, chive, parsley, lovage, garlic, basil, marjoram, rosemary, thyme, and kelp (with trace iodine). All the vegetables and herbs used are organically grown.
